Features:

YF series PVC profile production line is mainly used for PVC window profiles, wide door, sill plates, porous threading pipe (four, six holes, seven holes, abalone, etc.) out. The line profiles according to different sections and mold, use different specifications of the parallel (conical) twin-screw extruder, and configure the corresponding vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, stacker platform and other auxiliary equipment.
Volume can host out to 700 kilograms per hour between 60 kg optional. Tractor used our unique lift technology, smooth, good reliability, great traction. Increase the use of special vacuum forming vortex cooling system for cooling and setting, in order to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion. Cutting speed to keep pace with the traction speed, all the action imported PLC computer control, reasonable design, stable operation can be automatically fixed-length cutting, and equipped with dust recovery. Depending on the mold, shape sets can use 4 m, 6 m, 8 m, 11 m and other specifications. Configure the parallel twin-screw extruder, especially for high-speed extrusion profiles.
